Dominique et Florence DECOSTER

Exchanging the label of businessman in the field of luxury porcelain production for that of independent wine grower happened quite naturally. Not so long ago, the name Dominique Decoster was indeed associated with Porcelain from Limoges. So he sold his companies and in May 2001 purchased château Fleur Cardinale in Saint-Emilion. This manufacturer has become a genuine vine and wine making craftsman.
A new life and career that he sums up as follows: "My wife and I wanted to undertake a project together. We have always been fond of nature and wine. Our choice quite naturally turned towards a property in Saint-Emilion".
Because they were charmed by this region where properties are handed down from one generation to another, they decided to settle here and live to the rhythm of nature and wine growers.

Furthermore, some of his vines border château Fleur Cardinale plots, on the North-East slopes of Saint-Emilion.
Jean-Luc Thunevin has been the consultant for the Fleur Cardinale property since the takeover by Dominique Decoster.
